Booking Policy Summary:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your booking. No-shows or late arrivals (over 10 minutes) will be charged 50% of the service cost at your next visit. If you miss your first appointment, your account will be suspended from online bookings and future appointments will need to be arranged through DM.
